Shelby Williams

EDI Solutions Expert

Shelby has over 10 years of experience in implementing and running EDI systems. Formerly with IQMS/DELMIA|Works, Shelby was responsible for the large majority of implementations and new projects over the past several years. His hands-on experience goes beyond setting up EDI systems, as he has made on-site visits to over 150 companies. A large part of these visits involved training employees, updating shipping procedures, and customizing business rules related to real-time user issues.

Overall Shelby has implemented or worked on EDI and eCommerce solutions with over 350 companies and 1500+ Trading Partners. Shelby specializes in the IQMS\DELMIA|Works ERP system with additional knowledge in PLEX, TrueCommerce, SPS, and many eCommerce platforms.

Emily is the other half of RunEDI. With her background in event management, customer service, and administrative tasks, she is a pro at juggling lots of moving parts. She skillfully keeps our clients’ daily EDI processing on track, ensures each customer has access to the resources they need, and keeps RunEDI going with excellent support. Colby Williams

Colby has over 10 years of experience in ERP Support. Formerly with IQMS/DELMIAWorks, Colby was responsible for managing nearly every product support team in his tenure with the company. With many years of hands-on support experience, he has gained a vast knowledge of the overall product offering, with a focus on customer service, issue resolution, and in-depth back end troubleshooting from a database level.
